  • Direct, one-to-one candidate outreach — no mass distribution of role descriptions
  • Candidate identity never disclosed to client without explicit candidate consent

  • Data retention policies aligned with PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law) requirements

  • Board succession mandates assigned to a single senior consultant to minimise information exposure
  • Market rumour management protocol in place for listed entity mandates
